Artie Lange Announces Release Date For "Halfway House" Podcast

The 51-year-old comedian announced his new podcast on Twitter and Instagram.

In the opening show, Lange touched on past relationships, Todd Bridges, and having a brand of heroin named after him.

“He had no choice but to let me go. I was gonna die and he tried to get me help, he got me into rehab a couple of times and I would leave.”

“This is when the hard work begins. It’s not one day at a time; it’s really one moment at a time,” Lange said.

Lange took to Twitter to announce his return home and his intention to start touring again.

“Artie is doing well and staying sober,” a source close to Lange has stated.

Lange will reportedly stay in rehab until the end of summer.

The comedian was arrested in May for being “non-compliant.”

A sheriff’s office spokesman said that Lange “appeared to be sober” when he was arrested.

The shock jock wishes the best for Lange, who is doing community service following a 2018 drug conviction.
